2002 --2005 Update
Des Moines, -- City and state seek sewage solution over illegal sludge-storage facility built to close
            to 40 homes.
Des Moines, -- Company paid $251,000.00 to help families move from about 50 homes the city must buy
            because of illegally constructed sludge-storage facility built to close to homes.
